Our coach holidays affiliate programme is free to join, it's easy to sign-up and requires no technical knowledge.

How does it work
When you join our travel affiliate programme you will get an access to your own control panel. There you can get banners and text links to promote our short breaks and coach trips.
When you refer a customer to us, you will receive a generous percentage of their holiday value. You can get second tier commission by referring another affiliates to join our affiliate program. Such affiliates will become your subaffiliates, and you will earn commission on their sales.

terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of Gold Crest Holidays (Coach Holidays and Short Breaks affiliate program at www.gold-crest.com), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Joining the Gold Crest Holidays Coach Holidays Affiliate programme To join our affiliate programme, complete the affiliate application form. Please note that we reserve the right to reject your application if your website is unsuitable. Term of the Agreement The term of our agreement commences as soon as we accept your application. We may terminate this agreement with you at any time by notification to you by email or by post. Commission Commission is only payable on travelled holiday bookings. Once a sale is generated, commission will show as pending until the customers have travelled. If the holiday is cancelled, for any reason, the commission will not be approved. Commission is only payable on confirmed bookings (travelled) made during the term of this agreement. Commission Rates (per booking) 5% Second tier commission - 1%. You can get second tier commission by referring other affiliates to join our affiliate program. Such affiliates will become your subaffiliates, and you will earn 1% commission on all of their sales. Commission is paid for each on-line booking. Commission is payable on the total holiday price, including optional excursions and travel insurance. When a sale is generated, some additional processing takes place, which occasionally results in that booking not being confirmed. Sometimes, therefore, it is possible that a commission may be cancelled within a few working hours of being generated. Payment Your commission will be paid monthly by cheque, subject to a minimum payout of £100. Any outstanding commission below this amount will be carried forward to the following month. If you are VAT registered you must provide your VAT registration number to us before any payments can be made. It is your sole responsibility to comply with any legislation regarding the payment of VAT against your commission. Modification of the Agreement We are entitled to modify some or all terms of this agreement at any time. You will receive notification of any modifications via e-mail or letter. If you do not accept our changes to the agreement you can choose to cease your affiliation. By continuing your affiliation with Gold Crest Holidays it will deemed that you have accepted our medications. Banners & Text Links Once your application has been approved you will be able to log in to our affiliate programme. Here you will be able to download various generic, seasonal and product related links and graphics to place on your website. These links will be automatically, configured with your own unique tracking code. You are responsible for placing this code correctly on your website. We cannot be liable for any lost commission due to incorrect tracking or links being placed on your website. Use of Copyright materials You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Gold Crest Holidays logos, trading name and trade marks, graphics, text and audio obey all applicable copyright and other laws. In accordance with this agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use approved links and content. This right exists only while you are a member of Gold Crest Holidays Affiliate programme.You will not acquire any rights or licences whatsoever connected to our licensed material other than that explicitly set out in this agreement. Licensed material must not be used in any way that may reflect poorly on Gold Crest Holidays, our reputation or our brand. Tracking Gold Crest Holidays uses some of the most reliable tracking on the market, using Post Affiliate Pro’s technology of Flash cookies, 1st and 3rd party cookies and IP tracking. Gold Crest Holidays aim to track a user\s activity for up to 30 days after their initial click through and award any commission earned during this period. Web Site Availability We will use our best endeavours to ensure our website remains operational at all times. We cannot liable for any of the consequences or loss of commission due to any interruptions to service. Accuracy of Website All the information on our website is checked regularly for its accuracy. However, there may be occasions when some information shown is no longer accurate.
