Enjoy the amazing Battle Proms at Highclere Castle

The Battle Proms is the UK's number one picnic proms that treats hundreds of astounded spectactors to a spectacular day of entertainment, including a full orchestral programme of classical favourites, Spitfire air displays breathtaking fireworks, cavalry and cannon manouvres and much more.
To add to this event's sense of occasion, all the action takes place in the grounds of the impressive Highclere Castle - the setting for the hugely popular Downton Abbey.
We include entry into the grounds of Highclere to enjoy the proms. It's an experience that will live long in your memory.
On day two, we include an excursion to Oxford - a historic city famed for its beautiful architecture and prestigious university, which is ideal for sightseeing, shopping and relaxation.

Your Hotel
You will stay for one night at a comfortable hotel within easy coaching distance of all the excursions of this tour, such as, or similar to, the four-star Holiday Inn, Reading. All hotels used have en-suite bedrooms as well as a bar and a restaurant where breakfast will be included.
Your Itinerary
Day 1 - Battle Proms at Highclere Castle. Journey by coach to check in at your hotel before your mid-afternoon transfers to Highclere Castle for the highlight of the tour - The Battle Proms. After the event finishes we depart for your hotel.
Day 2 - Oxford. After a leisurely breakfast we visit Oxford for time at leisure. Late afternoon departure for the journey home.
