Rudesheim & koblenz Christmas Markets
"Kick-start your Christmas festivities with a festive visit to two of Germany's finest Christmas Markets."
Our four day break to Germany’s Rhine Valley visits two of Germany’s
most traditional Christmas markets. Rudesheim, set in picturesque
surroundings, is home to Christmas Markets offering over 120 stalls
representing 12 countries showcasing Christmas customs and traditions
from around the world. The main activity is in the Old Quarter and its
famous Drosselgasse and extends throughout the old Town to include the
Rheinstrasse, the Marktplatz and Oberstrasse, and Europe’s largest nativity
scene is a must-see. Koblenz's traditional Christmas market will be held
in the picturesque Old Town. There will be over 130 festively decorated
wooden stalls offering an extensive range of hand-made goods and
Christmas decorations. There is a packed programme of entertainment and
from December 1st the town hall is turned into a giant advent calendar.
Your Hotel
You will stay three nights at a comfortable hotel in Germany. All hotels have en-suite bedrooms, bar and restaurant where
continental breakfast is served.
Your Itinerary
Day 1 Germany. Journey to your comfortable hotel in Germany.
Day 2 Koblenz. A morning at leisure before departing for Koblenz. Return to your hotel late evening.
Day 3 Rudesheim. Full day excursion - Rudesheim Christmas Markets.
Day 4 Germany. Journey to Calais and then return home.
