Travel Insurance - It is a condition of booking with Gold Crest Holidays that you are covered by holiday insurance from the time of making your booking.

Kids Go Free offer - Children under 12 travelling with a parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt or legal guardian are insured for free when travelling by coach - just ask for a family insurance policy at the time of booking. Please note: our insurers can only cover passengers up to and including the age of 79.
Demands & Needs - This travel insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group (where applicable) who have no excluded pre-existing medical conditions, are travelling to countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against the unforeseen events detailed in the cover section on page 30, section 14. Subject to terms and conditions and maximum specified claim limits.

If the policy does require you to declare your pre-existing medical conditions then you will need to call Towergate on 0344 8921698. Upon receiving your declaration Towergate may, on behalf of the Insurer, offer to cover these for an additional premium.
It is your responsibility to declare your pre-existing medical conditions when required. Failure to disclose may result in any claim being declined.
If you intend to take part in any sports or hazardous activities not included in your holiday itinerary please call the tour operator with whom you have booked your trip. They will contact Towergate on your behalf to confirm whether the policy can be extended to cover your planned activity or activities. Additional terms and premium may apply.

Travel policies will not cover travel to areas where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has advised against 'all travel'. It is your responsibility to do this and no information or guidance will be provided by ourselves in this regard.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
You may cancel this policy within 14 days of receipt of the policy documents (the cancellation period) by writing to the issuer of this policy during the cancellation period. Any premium already paid will be refunded to You providing You have not travelled, no claim has been made or is intended to be made and no incident likely to give rise to a claim has occurred.
Cancellation Outside The Statutory Period. You may cancel this policy at any time after the cancellation period by writing to the issuer of this policy. If You cancel after the cancellation period no premium refund will be made.
